For most businesses between $10M-$90M in revenue, we'll recommend a starting package and can scale up or down based on your needs. There's no long-term commitment—we want the engagement to make sense for both of us.

  • Monthly retainers include ongoing access to your fractional executive for strategy, oversight, and regular meetings. Project-based work is best for specific initiatives like financial modeling, systems implementation, or one-time assessments. Many clients combine both—a lower retainer for ongoing support plus project hours as needed.

  • No. Our standard engagement is month-to-month with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business every month. That said, we often work with clients for years because the relationship delivers ongoing value.

  • Yes. Clients who combine executive leadership with back-office services (like CFO + Bookkeeping) often receive preferred pricing. We also offer discounts for annual commitments. Let's discuss your needs and we'll put together a custom package.

  • For Debt Sourcing and M&A Deal Sourcing, we only get paid when you succeed. Our fee is a percentage of the transaction value, payable at closing. This aligns our interests with yours—we're motivated to find you the best deal, not just any deal.

  • That works too. Quality of Earnings reports, financial clean-ups, system implementations, and strategic assessments can all be scoped as standalone projects. We'll provide a fixed quote or time estimate upfront so there are no surprises.
